APA's varsity soccer team opened its 2014 season Tuesday with its first pre-camp training practice. The squad will be attending the UNC-Greensboro Team Camp next week, July 23 - 26. This will mark the 19th year the Patriots have attended the camp, which is a good starter to the season and allows the team to come together before the school year kicks in. Reminders to Players: Turn in UNCG camp forms to Coach Logan, either at practice or by mail, by July 22 Practices will be held Thursday, July 17 and Monday, July 21 from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. Players should be training on their own, remembering to work on long distance conditioning, speed, strength, and technical skills.
