APA Winter Athletics Baseline Testing

Parents,

I will be hosting a concussion baseline testing date on 10/12/22 at APA in the Tech Lab.

Testing will begin right around 3pm and can last about 30-40 minutes.

This Concussion Baseline testing is ONLY for those athletes who will be participating in Winter athletics at APA and who have not already taken the test prior.

If you are unsure if your athlete has taken the test - please feel free to reach out to me and I will be able to look in the system to see if it is complete.

AS a reminder - IF your athlete took the test this past Summer or Spring - THEY DO NOT need to re-test again until NEXT Spring/Summer. Only 1 baseline is needed per year.

APA Winter Athletics Baseline Testing

This sign-up is for any WINTER Athlete that was unable to take the Concussion Baseline test this past Spring (at the school) or this Summer with Youngs PTSP. Kids can stay after school - the testing will begin around 3pm in the Tech Lab. The test takes about 30-40 minutes. There can be an invalid test score - if your athlete gets an invalid test score - then we will reschedule them to test in a one-on-one environment without distractions.
